in Ukraine consists mostly of potatoes, cheese, bread, and meat.

I'm planning on breaking my 7 year vegetarian streak when living in Ukraine because the reasons why I became vegetarian in the first place really won't apply. Here, I'm protesting the inhumane treatment of animals by large corporations. There, I'll be graciously accepting their food offerings probably grown from their own land and learning to cook with available ingredients. Since I know switching to a meat diet will upset my stomach, I'm planning on detoxing for a week or two and slowly including meat in my meals... exciting! Oh how I missed you pork! Maybe I'll even indulge in an In-N-Out burger right before I go... I'm bad. For those of you who don't live in California, Arizona, or Nevada, here's what you're missing out on.
